Yes it seems I guess because of my recent experience, that the registration and the onboarding process is at least confusing, and sometimes frustrating.
Or people is forgetting their keys, or they give up too early.
This dynamic is derailleur and we are missing the chance to grow our base exponentially.

According to my estimations we could have doubled active user base in the past 12 weeks.

For some reason this is not a subject to discuss and fix? Don't we need to grow?
