This quote from author and artist Tyler Murphy got me thinking about the evolution of our digital interfaces. As they recede into the fabric of reality, edging their way towards invisibility, while continuing their fundamental alteration of our individual and collective perceptions, they begin to push us towards more primitive, axiomatic interactions with the emerging super-world. So the impression of our entirely integrated digital future is, paradoxically, analog. Weird.
