The right to house and care for aged individuals with dementia was withdrawn in 2019. A distinct lack of care to those that need it.
So I guess it was worthy of a visit, was not sure what to expect, probably just empty rooms and corridors, still never mind.

Of course people die, we are all born here with nothing more certain than death. However when under the care of "specialist" care homes one doesn't expect a loved one to choke to death having ingested a surgical glove. That should not happen.
