I think rachael from accounts needs to grow a pair of bollocks and stick at least 1p on income tax, then the problems she has caused is borne by everyone equally, in fact I would go as far as to say stick 2p on income tax, then if she and her fellow clowns are still in the circus this time next year, she wont need to get her begging bowl out again.
