I think I am ok with the principle of premium; if it is something that would be of use/interest to the way I blog. So it is good if the premium is selective a pick and choose if you like. I couldn't see me paying for a premium for stuff like 3 speak or any of the games on here as they do not interest me.

The overall downside maybe that noobs may be driven away as would the low value accounts and the premium would be reliant upon stronger accounts to support the infrastructure. An analogy similar to taxing the rich to pay the poor.

You don't make the poor richer by making the rich poorer.

Or am I barking up the wrong tree?
