I know what you mean, about a decade ago I'd go out every other night, although understandable as my flat is literally surrounded by restaurants and bars and all of my friends work or go to restaurants and bars! (Often I was working in restaurants and/or bars too!) It's also the social way of life here in Spain. Anyway then I went down to twice a week, then once a week and now I'm at once every two weeks! Even though the temptaion is literally at my front door, I can't handle drinking more often than that, it takes too much out of me! 😄😇😃
This weekend for example is dedicated to catching up online and housechores too! 💪😃😉
Apart from the physical, I find I also don't get half as much done online or offline if I go out too much!! To make up for it, when I do go out, I GO out! 😄💪😉
