Aw man - and your message just did the same to me. Pleased not only that music helped you during that time, but that the memory made you smile.

I love that about music - the Proustian rush it gives you when you unexpectedly hear something, and you're taken back to a moment in time. Or see a label/cover - I get that too.

I did a Spotify playlist a while back of tracks that were around when I was little, before I was old or aware enough to be 'into' music - but that when I hear now take me back to my old family house in Gainsborough. It's like time travel!
