90% maybe more of the food that you find in the supermarket will make YOU FAT.

But then you’ll be like, but Akash, isn't it calorie in and calorie out?

Yeah, sure that works for few people ….like this guy and this one.

But I don't recommend you try doing that, as you’ll screw up your health big time.

Now let me give you 10 Foods (I don't even want to call them food…) that will make you FAT VERY QUICKLY:

French Fries

Donuts

Coke/Pepsi

Cereals

Fruit Juices

Alcohol

Biscuits

Chips

Maida “Refined Flour”

Vegetable Oils (This causes inflammation which is directly linked with belly fat.

Excess sugar is the number one culprit of obesity and chronic disease.

Most of the items that I have listed above, have sugar in them in various forms and shapes and disguised under different names.

Here are some of the names of sugar. (Avoid the product that has these names in the first three ingredients listed on the packet.

If you want to lose at least 3 inches from your belly in about 21 days or so, simply avoid the entry of above foods in your house.

Thats it!

When you do, you all cut roughly 1000–1500 calories from you food.

Now, its mandatory to replace these calories from something which is nutritive.

Crash dieting is obviously not a good idea.

So add calories from these foods:

Eat whole eggs instead of egg whites

Drink whole cows milk instead of skimmed milk

Take in 2–3 tablespoon of ghee/coconut oil when cooking your food

Add nuts like almonds and walnuts

Add berried, apples, maybe a banana or so. limit your fructose to no more than 25g in first few weeks until your fasting insulin levels are down.

Add an extra bowl of daal, chole, rajma (beans/pulses) and cut down chapatis/rice

Salads are obviously a good idea, but are not complete…you need protein with them..add chicken/fish beans.

If you need a step by step guide to do these changes read this long article 5000+ words here, and follow exactly what I have explained you will get results.
