Last week, I tried assisting an analyst I found with his signup process and we got stuck at the SMS-service point for confirmation of mobile number.
Now, for about 12 hours I've been trying to assist my artist friend with his signup and we're still getting stuck at the same point! He has gotten his confirmation email but, upon clicking the confirmation link, he gets the sms confirmation screen with the country code and phone number input boxes. When country code and phone number is entered, if you click on the "continue" button, no response is obtained again. Once, the response was that an sms will be sent to the mobile number but, no SMS was sent!
I tried changing authentication mobile number to my private line to ascertain if the sms service was just having troubles with his (the artist's) mobile number but, with my own line, the response was the same... No SMS sent, "continue" button responds but, on click, does not fulfill request.
His (the artist's) signup was attempted on his mobile phone, a Tecno WX3 (Android 7.0).
