It's Thanksgiving week here in the United States. I believe Thanksgiving is the time most families will get together more than any other holiday here. Yes, Christmas is a big one, but since Thanksgiving is on Thursday, and many people also get off on Friday, it is the holiday most people can travel distances without feeling too rushed to go and return. It truly is a long weekend.

It reminds me of how thankful I am for my family. While it will just be my husband and me with three of our children, we are only missing one this year, it will be wonderful to spend some precious time together that we haven't had these past several months, since we moved away.
