My daughter went to Lebanon (Tyre, visiting Beirut a few times while there) for three months the first time and six months the next time. She never felt unsafe, even though there was fighting that broke out while she was there. Every time there was violence, it was always between two fighting factions, never against anyone else.

She would love to go back, too!
