On a fantastic meditation journey, digging the new awareness and clarity, and the incredible teachers that are kind enough to guide me. Watching the waves last night I realized, everything is in motion. Everything. Patience is a virtue and It’s all about the moments. Embrace them or ride them out - soon they’ll be gone. The waves roll in, then roll back out again.
