Congratz on a new place! Living in the city or countryside comes down to a preference yes. Personally, I would hate living in the city center. Constant noise, hordes of people, I love nature so this is not an option to take a walk to. Citylife is not for me. I like living in a quiet suburban area with nature close. I rarely need to go to the city but if I do then I will drive there in 15 minutes.
