Some time ago I visited a place called Kaeva bog, another wetland of Estonia. It is located in the center of Estonia, not far from the town called Rapla.
This time I didn't take long to reach the bog. I think there was about 1 kilometers hike through the forest to get to the edge of this bog.
One thing I quickly noticed was the walking path, it was different than in other bogs and it wasn't in great condition.
The weather on that day was also extremely unusual. Mostly it was sunny but then a wild snowstorm hit us with some strong winds.
After a while, the storm winds and heavy got a little less extreme.
After a little while more walking, the path conditions got much worse. Instead, I should say the track got non-existent.
I tried to go a little more forward, in hopes that it's only that bad in this certain place.
I was definitely wrong because soon there was no way I was going to get any more further.
It was sad because I only got to see so little in this bog and it looked absolutely beautiful.
At least the sun suddenly came out, some snow still falling.

Maybe I am going back there in the summertime and hoping for the water level to be lower. Then maybe, just maybe I can go a little further, at least to get across the section which is right now underwater
