Psalms 108:7 God hath spoken in his holiness; I will rejoice, I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.
The word of God is the source of joy for those who believe, for by His word He brings to manifestation several reasons that activate joy in our hearts.
It's pertinent to note that God has not just spoken but He has done so in His holiness. This reveals the integrity of God to do what He says without failing. He's too holy to say one thing and do another. He's too holy and committed to not do what He said He will do.
Take a look at His word for today. He has commissioned us to divide our spoils and secure our inheritance by His word. By His word, our sorrows have been turned to joy and slavery into freedom.
Brethren, look back and conclude that the Lord has brought us into a season of joy.
Arise and rejoice for there shall be no more sorrow. The joy of the Lord has come to stay and nothing can change it.

Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us joy by your word. Please let this joy be established forever in our lives, in Jesus name. Amen.
