Procrastination is a problem that thousands upon thousands of entrepreneurs face. It's a problem you tend to battle with every single day of your life, as every day has it's own challenges and it's own tasks. There are ways to avoid this or stop procrastinating. I'll share a few of those ways with you.

The most common reason why entrepreneurs postpone responsibilities or tasks is the fact that they don't have a clear vision. Many business owners have visions, but it's vague even to themselves. It's the same thing as goals. Some people have clear cut goals. If they close their eyes, they can see it, and the process they'll have to follow to get there. While some other people have goals, they know of these goals, but they haven't sat down to map out a road of how they'll get there.

If you don't have a clear vision for your business, then the future is pretty much quite dark in my opinion, because you haven't set light upon it. How can you motivate your staffs if you don't know where you're going to? And that's why tasks that will be easy for an entrepreneur that has a clear vision, will be difficult of an entrepreneur that doesn't have a clear vision, because he doesn't fully understand the position he's in, and what needs to be done.

The second most common reason why entrepreneurs procrastinate on important tasks is that they're doing a business that they're not supposed to be doing in the first place. Let me break this down, some people rush into a line of business because friends, family and everyone else says it's booming there. They want to make good money there. But they forget that every business has activities associated with it. Tasks and responsibilities tailored to that business becomes uninteresting to them.

If you're doing something that excites you, tell me, will you procrastinate? NO, the answer is a capital NO, in fact, people will be begging you to stop, because you so much enjoy what you're doing, you want to spend all day doing it. And you'll enjoy every aspect of it. That's the kind of business you want to be into. One that connects with you, and your personality. You'll see yourself growing fast, because you're where you ought to be.

These are the two reasons I'll be leaving you with in this post. Number one, which is unclear vision, and number two, which is doing a business you're not supposed to be into at all. These are the two main reasons entrepreneurs procrastinate on important tasks. If you have some more reasons that you'll like to share or contribute. You're welcomed to drop it in the comment section below. Thanks for reading my post. Bye for now!!!
