For sure, I would definitely eat that... and probably ask for seconds....
We have to move away from eating so many animals. For so many reasons. People say it's an elite agenda? I don't get it. Not hurting other animals isn't an agenda, it's just the right thing to do. I'm sure the elites will try to co-opt anything.... try and use it for their own purposes, steer it, etc. But that doesn't mean veganism is wrong. We need more foods like the above, and less like chunks of dead flesh.
