Have you ever smoked DMT?
I like to smoke 0.06g on a bed of cannabis. It hits you before you get a chance to breath out, it always taste kinda like an odd grain or corn. Then you feel like there's a presents that is traveling up your legs, up your body and once it hits your head, you can suddenly see better with your eyes closed. You're able to see through things as if you can see in x-ray, but for all the atomic spectrums. Not only can you see bones, but also the muscular, nervous system, and the energetic pulses flowing through those nerves in all its colorful glory. You can see the connection of all energy that exists in all the layers at once.
DMT is not fat soluble what so ever, so the last time I had some and indulged, I fasted for a good 18 hours. I hiked up a small mountain until I reached the light oxygen of the tree line. I plopped down on the ground and immediately blasted off. I ended up falling through what seemed like a golpher (rabbit) hole in the mountain. There were spirits frantically running away as if they have never had a human conciousness in that area before. There was 2 spirits that came up to me, one looked like it had experience with humans and was explaining my chakra system to another. I could not hear a language, but I could tell that's what they were doing. The experienced one used arm signals to show which chakras were open and which were closed at the time. They both decided that they were finished with me being there, so they took me by the arms and gently pushed me back into the hole. I fell back into the real world and noticed I was a long haired guy rolling around in the grass. Just seconds after I came back to consciousness, there was an Asian couple walked pass me on the trail. If they walked up only seconds earlier, they might have though I was having a stroke and called the forest ranger or something.
A sensoria yoga session is when you sit in a butterfly position and slowly close your legs. Once you get to a certain point, you'll begin to shake, which you could then be moved to the rest of your body. The full practice resembles a seizure and can be very scary for someone who is watching from the outside. But being okay with making odd movements around people can be really connecting. It's like the shaking is working through stresses and traumas, so It's nice to synchronize with an entire group of people. It's humbling to break the ego.
