Isn't this the same as how Hive works though? We have witness identity and voter identity and that solves 51%/sybil/corrupt voting structures...... mostly.

Why not make all voter information public and secure the system with sunlight? (blockchain(s) funded by the mountain of cash we waste nationally on elections).
