Since I need more cellphone memory to document my Canada trip I am obligating myself to pen my beautiful memories of my Siem trip. So tonight allow me to share. My Banteay Srei temple experience.
According to the tour guide this temple was ransacked during and after the war. Before that it was a temple like no other. And I would agree it is so picturesque.
Though small compared to other temples I was most impressed by this site because of its color when it's struck by sunlight as well the exquisiteness of the stone carvings.
It was beautiful beyond words.
The workmanship was superb that I can't help taking too many pictures.
One can only imagine how many skilled artisan
labored to create such a beauty. What a shame I wasn't protected from war.
What it lacks for distance it compensate with its beauty. I can go on hours and hours examining the details but since it was a group tour everybody was time bonded.Nevertheless it's an awesome experience.
