Thank you for this thoughtful post. It is insane to be doing things the same way over and over again, but always getting the same results. Some people would call it grinding, other would call it a waste of time and energy. Sometimes grinding would give results, sometimes it leads to nowhere.

And when things seem to lead to nowhere, this would be a good time to step back. Cheers!
