It is probably a matter of time that STEALTH will be available to the users of Bitshares. Here's an article I did to explain STEALTH
Basically STEALTH will let you take your Bitshares and other tokens to invisible accounts, sort of like they will be traveling underground where a Bitshares explorer like Cryptofresh cannot see and then back to a new account. So if lets say you got rich and have 10s of thousands of BTS which you now want to hide, you can use STEALTH and take those BTS secretly to another account that no one knows is yours!
And if you're a more active investor, you can make money off people using STEALTH, by buying the STEALTH token. STEALTH transactions will probably cost more in fees, and these fees will be used to buy back STEALTH which might increase the value of STEALTH exponentially! At the moment these are going at 135 BTS per token.
