I had a very frustrating experience recently. New to Crypto Currency I tried to purchase coin electronically through a wallet I highly regard named Mycelium. Please be aware whilst I have had many successful exchanges through this wallet, please be careful when purchasing coin, they use a provider named Simplex Bit Stamp to take all your personal details and credit card details over the net to apparently transfer into Bitcoin.
Ok, so I purchased $2,000.00 AUS of at the time .3910 Bitcoin the transaction was accepted though the transaction never was executed after 48 hours of waiting, I was really worried and contacted Simplex Bit Stamp via email to be told my credit card and photo were poor quality and needed further verification, a wonderful strategic plan to hold my money and invest hoping the price might go down. A total of 13 emails later, (No Phone #) I really thought my money had disappeared, with emails from various names within this so called organisation.
Very Simply I would never purchase coin over the net again and certainly not through Mycelium, just a word of warning to save you the angst and frustration after much correspondence, bank investigations and legal advice, the money somehow returned
it was honestly like winning lotto!! Buyer Beware, stick to Organisations to purchase coin you can TRUST!
