I started playing dCity yesterday. In this game you can buy cards with HIVE or SIM tokens and use them to build a city.
If you organize the cards correcly, you can earn SIM tokens and sell them for HIVE. It's a game that can make you money, but you do have to buy cards first with HIVE. You only technically only need to buy one card to start, but you earn SIM very slowly from that, so I would recommend buying a few cards. Residential buildings give you workers, and those workers fill up income buildings. Buildings listed as red don't have enough workers.
