We are on the final day of October and a new week.
Let me be the first to greet my friends with a happy new month 馃槣.
This is week 34 and the first edition of the 
Happiness is a feeling everyone wishes to have. Nobody likes sadness. There's one thing to being happy there's another thing in discovering what makes you happy.
To me, Happiness implies having inner peace in you and not letting the present situation around you determine that.
One mistake individuals make is letting people, and drugs become their happiness and when those people depart they become sad.
There are various varied opinions concerning the term happiness. It is a pretty broad term that implies plenty and it may be used in numerous contexts.
To me, happiness means:_
Gratitude
It's taking a heart full of appreciation to be joyful. A nagging or ungrateful individual can't be happy since there's no satisfaction.
In thankfulness comes satisfaction also plays out. If you are content with what you have, you will be happy. If you want to be happy enjoy the small things while anticipating more.
Fulfilment
If you have ever achieved a dream or a goal you put aside, you will be pleased. It might be a degree or anything you had coveted for a long time which subsequently occurred.
Where you find happiness matters lots. It decides whether it will endure or not
Do what make you happy
You truly don't desire or need to satisfy anybody since people must always complain no matter what you do. Do what makes you happy as long as it doesn't affect others.
Avoid Negative thoughts
If you wish to discover your happiness avoid negative ideas. They will also make you depressed and make you believe you aren't doing enough.
Fill your heart and head with positive thoughts and watch for a joyful existence.
You don't need to have everything you wish to be happy.
Avoid comparing yourself to someone else's life or happiness it will only bring you unhappiness. Create your happiness
