In a world full of wickedness, selfishness and injustice I believe there's still hope. People claim they are Christians but still do evil toward their fellow neighbors and you ask yourself where is the love and unity the bible taught. Where is the unity and love that was shared among our forefathers where they had nothing to give but a strong brotherly love.
You see friends and family betraying themselves and you don't even trust anyone again.
I once told someone that the cause of Nigeria's problem may not totally be the problem but me and you. The government may be trying to make things easier but the greed of men won't let the middle man. So because fuel is sold at #700 you take advantage of people and increase transportation fee × 5. Even goods produced here by farmers are sold costly and blamed on importation.
To have a better world it begins with having a disciplined home and family.
The family is the place a child is born. He sees and learns his first talk, attitude from there. Whatever he learns at home is what he carries out to the society. Like they say charity begins at home. Parents should learn to bring up God fearing children so as to make the society a better place.
I know you would say that some parents try their best and the child still goes astray as a result of peer pressure. That's where the second rule comes in. YOU.
The world consists of me and you. To have a better world, you need to work on yourself. Your attitude, character, discipline, mentality. Everything about you. You can't just hurt people and feel okay with it or make an innocent person suffer in your past.
Share love:
In a world where many people are bitter and hurt from past experiences. The best you can do is be loving and kind. Many people fall into depression not because they don't have people around to talk to but because they don't have people around who will listen to them.
Everyone is passing through one thing or the other and fighting demons they won't talk about. You don't have to be rude, harsh or hurt people with your words to feel okay. Words can be dangerous because they can't be unsaid.
Give:
Many people have turned giving into trade by Barter that means you give to collect something from the person you give. You should give without expectations in return so you don't get hurt and you can receive the blessings of giving. You don't have to give l you have to show you have given,even the little things matters or give and then tell anyone about you. Help those in need with the little you have.
Having a better world starts with you. Being a good person may hurt because many people don't value them. I have been there several times but then that doesn't change me because being a bad person is not who I am. But don't stop being a good person. Because you make people believe in goodness in people.
