I have always said that water is my element, I don't know, maybe I'm wrong. But when I'm in contact with the water, my feeling is pleasure, safety, peace, love. Have ever experience that with something/someone?
I truly believe that water helps you heal everything!
I'm lucky enough to live near the bay, every time I had a bad day or something went wrong, I take a few minutes with the water, definitely is my best medicine.
