Every year, our school has a staff and teachers outing anywhere in Cambodia. Last year, we went to Sihanoukville Cambodia; a place where a lot of people have their vacation, school tour and especially family outing.
Fellowship, building each others relationship and getting to know more are the main purposes why we do have staff and teachers outing every year.
We laugh, eat, share others experiences and more fun, fun. Taking out the shyness within ourselves and communicate especially to the Cambodians. Usually, we don't see or talk much due to the business at work. Thankfully, we have this outing once a year to have our team building done as a team.
Through this outing, everyone learned that each of us cannot do everything by ourselves. We need each others back. Helping and sharing each others idea to improve and be excellent in everything we do at work. We're better together helping each other, making it sure nobody gets left behind.
