Below are the results of several focus stacked images taken and then merged in Helicon Focus. The detail in the partially opened Dandelion is quite good, if you enlarge the image.
I am still practicing usyng my Wemacro focusing rail and trying to get used to the number of shots and at what focusing distance steps to use to get the best image. As they say practce makes perfect.
