What would you do to settle an argument with the people who choose to stick to their opinion from some blind beliefs?

Having arguements with these set of People can be mentally exhausting because they have a rigid mindset which results in the difficulty of acceptting any notion that contradicts theirs. Even when it's obvious that they're wrong, they still find a way to hold onto their beliefs.

Whenever I have an argument with people who potray this character, I agree to disagree because if I don't I'll have an argument that might escalate into a fight.
