Not at all. 
@musing curators upvote our works manually and it might take time for them to upvote your work. And If they dont, just know that they didn't find it upvote worth. We've all been there when we pour out our hearts in answering some questions only not to get upvoted.
We may think it's being bias, but i see it as a soirce of motivation to bring out the best in us.
