The difference between eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells are as follows

In eukaryotic cells, their organnel have membrane covering them .

Prokaryotic cells lack the membrane that covers thaeir organnel.

Eukaryotic cells have a nucleus while prokaryotic cells don't have a nucleus.

Eukaryotic cells of our in higher organisms like plants and animals while prokaryotic cells occour in simple organisms like bacteria.

Eukaryotic cells posses complex organnel like mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, lysosomes etc while prokaryotic cells lack complex organnels.
