Yes you can. But right now there are so many fraud sites that outweigh the real ones in number. Beware of these sites paidviewpoints, mobrog and survey savy. I took part in surveys from this site only for me to realise that it was a fraud when it was time to cash out what I earned.
The only surveys I saw that we're "real" least compatible for my country.
