Christians are people who behave like Christ. When Christ was on earth, he was baptized by John the Baptist. So yes as long as you call yourself a Christian, you must be baptized.
Baptism is an act of rebirth in Christianity. To be baptized means that you are bieng washed of your sins and be born again. Baptism is to be be done by every Christian because it a means in which we receive the holy spirit as recorded in Matt 3 Vs 16.
Baptism is also a law from God as its stated in Matt 3 Vs 15.
