Outrageous mug shots
David Debaugh, a Wellington, Florida-man with the word "sinner" tattooed on his neck, was arrested on Dec. 21, 2017 for headbutting an officer. The 27-year-old was caught speeding Thursday afternoon, shirtless and smelling of marijuana, and was pulled over in Palm Beach Country before slapping the officer's hand prior to his arrest. Debaugh then headbutted the officer while resisting his arrest. Debaugh is currently being held in the Palm Beach County Jail and his bail is set at $15,000.
