Every citizen of a country must have open asses to the government either through calls or sms. A platform must be created to get in touch with every citizen. Our leaders are made to serve us not the other way round. A 24 hours service must be render to every citizen to minimize corruption. Call networks like MTN, GLO, Airtel and what have you can offer her customers 24hours why can't a country or even state do so.
