Hey Steemians! What's up! This is our first post here, so we thought we'd introduce ourselves and tell you a bit about what we do. We are GOOD FISHING, a casual streetwear brand based in Berkeley, California.
We make Attractively Simple clothing & goods -- for the kid who never wants to grow up, and the adult who never did!
We officially launched GOOD FISHING in June 2017, after several years of planning in the background (shoutout to all the small businesses and independent projects out there who know what we mean!).
Our brand is inspired by the spirit of sport fishing. The feeling of setting up your gear, casting your line, and - whether you're an expert or a rookie - embracing the uncertainty of the process as you wait and see what you catch.
Our collection features modern, relaxed garments designed for all-around wear;
interesting goods and cool-looking furnishings;
toys that evoke the tune of nostalgia;
and an undercurrent of unique artwork and collectibles.
Above all, we like creating products that carry the energy of a youthful imagination.
In future posts we'll be sharing info and stories about our products, lookbooks, collaborations, design processes, and more. We love talking details about our brand - from the organic cotton we use for our t-shirts, to the concepts for our limited edition capsule collections, to our small-batch natural dyeing projects, and everything in between.
