Here in Da Nang, there are a couple of irresponsible families or couples around whose dog has babies on a regular basis. The family has no intention of taking care of the new pups and I have never seen any of their dogs make it to adulthood. Nadi and I have been living in this neighborhood for 6 years and I have seen those families cycle through 3 or 4 dogs each.
