One day I was just minding my own business walking the dog when a guy was walking down the street with a portable speaker around his neck playing music loudly and had a phone on a stick pointing at himself and when he would see any vietnamese people he would shout "Vietnam number 1!" and then walk over to where they were. Vietnamese people are normally really polite and are no strangers to noise, but the ones I saw him approach wanted nothing to do with him. Thankfully he didn't approach me because I was no in the mood for these sorts of shenanigans either.

I think we are probably getting close to a time when places will start to have laws and fines for people doing stuff like what started the fight in your story. People just need to leave other people alone and stop trying to put everything on their insta.
