While some say this is a slippery slope, I think that some visitors or expats get away with too much without getting punished. There was a guy in Da Nang that livestreamed himself vandalizing businesses and breaking into places by breaking windows and what not and they never prosecuted him even though he was easily caught. I guess he got deported, not sure. I think that swift and tough justice would help a lot on curbing this sort of mental people coming over here though.
