I think I know where this is and it has been a long time coming for someone to put something there. I'm relatively certain that my dog has pooped there on a number of days. One thing we like to do is when they put the piles of sand out there, that nadi pays a pee pee visit to it so that a little bit of every new building has some Nadi-pee in it.
