absolutely. The people that I know that complain the most about nothing to do also seem to be the constant drinkers and worse, smokers. Vietnam is very open as far as smoking is concerned, and I would like to see them not be. It reminds me of when I was a child or even a teen and people just smoked everywhere. I thought we were beyond that and people were more courteous now.

I was at a pool (billiards) gathering last night in a closed and air conditioned environment. Basically half the people in there were smoking and one guy was even smoking a cigar. I had to leave. It's unreal to me that people can be in that environment and think it is ok to just smoke the place up like that. My clothes had to be washed after being there for just an hour or so. If I had brought my dog, I would have had to wash her as well.
