I did my own research and found out there are many products like this but they have to be approved by each country's "FDA" of sorts. I would imagine that something like this is way back in the line of things waiting to go to market. Maybe they didn't pay the correct politicians to streamline it. Plus there is an Indian manufacturer that had their license revoked for selling versions of this medication that didn't actually have the active ingredient in it and it therefore did nothing.
