I looked into hair transplant about 18 months ago and was medically unable to do it because of high blood pressure. Since then I have been on Finestride and Minoxadyl and have seen some pretty good results. Not good enough though, so as soon as I have a couple thousand dollars spare I am going to get the transplant anyway.

I don't know about poking small holes in your head dude. That sounds like a lot of pain and a bunch of hogwash. You aren't a putting green, why would poking small holes in you help your grass to grow better?
