The real problem in Vietnam is the absence of ability to get quality ANYTHING. Most of our stuff is Chinese garbage that never worked even when new. I had to borrow the clippers from a friend of mine that used to be a dog groomer. in the past I have purchased several dog clippers and they simply didn't do anything. It was confusing
