well at the moment there is a lack of rooms, once they make more of them and I believe they will make far too many of them, the only place for the prices to go is down. Unfortunately, I think that this area is biting off a lot more than it can chew and the infrastructure and especially the roads simply cannot handle as many people as they are aiming to have here.
