have you taken the steps necessary to get to Portugal? I know several people that have moved there from over this way and have been extremely happy with that choice. Europe is a tough one for me, because most countries have their upsides and downsides. Eastern Europe has always appealed to me more than western but I have also never been to Portugal. Everyone that goes there just raves about it and basically every country I have heard about has their camps of love and hate towards them.
