I agree with this. It's a shame that a small group of people ruins it for everyone else but this is true in everything else in life. I recall this one girl that had 3 dogs that she would bring to the beach and she had nearly zero control over there. They were running all over the place, one came back with a sub sandwich that it stole and another one ran across wet concrete near where she was sitting. She was completely unapologetic about it as well. It is because people like her that the only solution was to completely ban dogs from the beach.
