It was about the time that I first entered my 40's that I started to appreciate some of the priceless classic works and decided to reprint them in my businesses in Thailand and then put a bit of information in the bottom left corner for other people to read. It was kind of fun. I used to devote a lot of time to finding out the exact sizes of the originals and could have them inkjet printed on canvas for very little money. That was a fun time and basically the only time that I "collected" anything since living in Asia.

Then I started visiting museums when I would visit 1st world countries.

There's a lot of joy to be found in art. I think most people don't start to appreciate it until they are a bit older though.
