from what I recall getting anything from pharmacies in Thailand outside of the shady ones nearby hippie spots like Koh Sanh Road is pretty tough to do. They won't really even let you have really low level stuff like Valium at the pharmacies and if you ever ask for sudafed they just assume you are making meth as they reprimand you for having a cold.
